Eleva & Co ("Eleva & Co", "we", "us") is a Houston, Texas company that provides credit repair services, funding guidance and financial coaching. By using this website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Credit repair: our team prepares and sends disputes about items on your Experian, Equifax and TransUnion reports that appear inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable.

Funding guidance: we help you understand and prepare for funding options from third-party lenders. We are not a lender, and approval decisions are made by those lenders.

Financial coaching and credit building: guidance on building positive credit history and reaching your financial goals.

We do not guarantee specific results, deletions, credit score changes, funding approvals or funding amounts. Results vary by individual. Credit bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate each dispute. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself at no cost.

You agree to give us accurate, complete and current information, including identity documents and credit reports, and to tell us about changes that affect your file. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by inaccurate or missing information.

Fees are shared during your free consultation and agreed before work begins. You are never charged before services are performed — fees are charged only after the services they cover have been performed. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; you will not be charged for services not yet performed.

By checking the text consent box on our forms, you agree to receive account-related text messages from Eleva & Co (for example onboarding reminders, round status updates and requests to upload updated reports). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
